Wenn ich wieder in Havanna bin, wer ich wieder hier wohnen. Miramar ist als Stadtviertel sehr ruhig, man ist aber mit dem Taxi schnell in der Altstadt.

Lucia, Lisette und ihre Tochter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und es gibt im Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Preis inbegriffen war ein kleines Frühstück aus Kaffee, Milch, frischem Mangosaft, Banane, einer Semmel und Butter. Die Unterkunft ist im zweiten Stock einer ruhigen Straße nahe am Meer. Leider gibt es dort weit und breit keine Bademöglichkeit. In der Nähe der 5ta Avenida im besseren Stadtteil Miramar in Havanna gelegen. Für eine Nacht war es ok, aber wir fanden das Preis Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften doch etwas teuer. Deshalb nur drei Herzen.

I stayed with this lovely family for a few days more than originally planned. They welcomed me into their home with such warmth and genuine love. Couldn’t ask for better people to enjoy my time in Cuba
The area is quiet and safe and there is a local shop just on the main road and also a good modern decent restaurant opposite the shop.四月 2018

Die Wirtin ist eine ältere Cubanerin. Sie hat 2 erwachsene Töchter, die ebenfalls in der Wohnung leben. Der Gast hat einen abgschlossenen Wohnbereich und ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette. Das kleine Frühstück besteht aus einem Brötchen mit Butter oder Marmelade, 2 Tassen grünen Tee und einem knappen halben Liter Guanabana Saft und ist ausreichend. Die Unterkunft liegt dicht an der ersten Strasse, auf der sich mehrere Gaststätten, ein Kaffee, eine Bäckerei und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft befinden. Ein Supermercado ist in ca. 2 km Entfernung.

Un accueil irréprochable et très courtois. La maison est très bien tenue et Lucia parle anglais et français et saura vous guider selon vos centres d'intérêts: circuit dans l'île ou activités dans la Havane. Une très bonne adresse!

It was awesome time ,They really took care of us like we were family.. kept the place very nice and clean.. they help d”us with oa lot information how to get around .We have rented a scooter and there were so nice they let us park the scooter in the garage.. make sure when you get there you asked for some coffee The coffee is so delicious . I highly recommend That you go there because the area is very nice and you’re like minutes from the ocean..by Daniel cruz

I spent just one night with them, but can guarantee you´ll have a good time staying with Lucia and her family. Very helpful, well educated and generous. Room was clean and quiet. Neighborhood is relaxed and safe. I totally recommend them!
