CasaCaribbeanBlue 1927 has been renovated and decorated in January 2022. This magnificent Neo classic property is located in the heart of Vedado. Vedado is the premier suburb in Havana and is located in the major cultural centers, and restaurants, a 10-minute walk from The Malecon, National Hotel, and tourist hotspots while still retaining its quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The house is a generous 241 square meters in size, it has private parking, a garden, and a splendid terrace ideal for relaxing and socializing.

- Can I change the MONEY IN CUBA? Yes, we offer an excellent currency exchange service once you check in at the house. Our rate is lower than Hotels, Airports and Banks in Cuba, you also save time avoiding long lines in order to change your currency.

No casual visitors are allowed in the rooms. Possible partners must present identification and be registered in the House book. Check-in any time after 2:00p.m. & check-out is 12:00p.m. If you need to stay longer we are more than happy to offer you the use of the luggage storage service and access to a bathroom. Our daily rate is per room and per night. Electrical appliances including the air/conditioner must be switched off before leaving the house. Breakfast will be served from 8.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. If you need to have it earlier in the morning, please talk to your host in advance. Minibar prices are displayed in the rooms, this must be paid the day before your departure. House is not suitable for children under 2 years old. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted in the front garden.

It was an incredible experience! I don't think any word can express how wonderful it was.
First time in Cuba and thanks to Noël everything was just perfect. He helped us organizing our stay with Maribel before and during our holidays. They have the best contacts in town. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and so welcoming. Everything is available , from mini bar to laundry service. And the people so adorable. From the housekeepers to the "manager". I highly recommend it and i will come back for sure! I miss it already!房主回复

The house was a real surprise: we had spent two nights in Centro Havana at the beginning of our holiday, but Vedado is a totally different thing: here the houses, like the one of Pedro Noel, are chic and old-fashionable, and this one, in particular, has a nice patio and comfortable rooms. Pedro Noel and his daughter are among the most nice and kind people we have met not only in Havana but in our whole life. They will provide you with a map with the most interesting things to see in Vedado and in Havana in general and will give you useful advice regarding taxi, restaurants and everything you can ask them (where to buy rum, for example). We should have left the room by 12, but since there were no other reservations for our room, we were allowed to stay there also for the afternoon in order to fully enjoy our last day in Cuba! Also, breakfast is really good.
We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend the house to whoever plans to stay in Havana!房主回复

If you go to Havana you must stay at Casa Caribbean Blue! Pedro Noel is the perfect host. He made our start on our holiday in Cuba perfect. Pedro was extremely helpful and kind. He was easy to talk with, gave a lot of good and useful advice and answered all our questions. The beautiful old colonial house was in perfect condition and it was spotless clean. We couldn't ask for a better start. Pedro is the best host ever!

My friend Lisa and I loved to stay at casacarribeanblue. Pedro and the others were excelent and very sympathic. They always helped us with questions and gave us a lot of useful Information about havana. Pedro has done everything to make our stay unforgetable. I can realy recommend to stay there.
