Perfectly located self contained apartment that has everything you need to relax after visiting the beautiful west end of Toronto.
Just a few minute walk to nearly everything! Steps to beaches, parks, trails, 24hr Streetcar, GoTrain, restaurants, shopping and so much more. A 10 minute drive to downtown Toronto or you can jump on the streetcar or train and enjoy the views into the city centre. You are sure to enjoy easy access to nearly everything you need to enjoy the city of Toronto!
Free street parking available. No smoking or drugs permitted in the house or it’s surrounding areas. Please be respectful of our home, the private studio apartment and surrounding property.
Please note, ceiling height throughout is 74inches (6’2”)

Our home is located in the beautiful Long Branch. Toronto's elite used to have their cottages here in Long Branch, and some of them are still standing today. In the late 1800s, Long Branch Summer Resort was built on the shores of Lake Ontario, only a short ride from downtown Toronto. Now it’s a trendy neighbourhood that has you steps from beaches, parks and trails but also restaurants, shops and easy access to nearly everything.

We are a respectful home. We ask guests to keep the noise to a minimum to please respect the space and keep the home clean and organized.
Please note that we require our guests to pay a damage deposit of $300 upon arrival on top of the balance. This will be fully refunded to you should the studio be damage free upon your departure.
Aggressive behaviour or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
No Pets.
No parking. Guests do not have access to backyard or front yard. However, beaches, parks and trails are all within a 5 minute walk.

Beautiful apartment in very good location. What I liked the most is the bedroom very peaceful and relaxing. The host is nice and helpful. I wish I stayed longer

Overall the experience was nice, afew pros and cons:
Pros:
The place was clean and tidy, almost all needed kitchen stuff was around.
There are several shops and restaurants around, and the neighborhood was safe and peaceful.Cons
there was a construction work going on in the house which would get really loud and bothersome at times which we wish the hosts had informed us before.
There is no wi fi at the house which is the biggest downside.
The hosts charged us an extra money for currency exchange rate, I think they should have informed the guests that they only accept CAD so that we didn't have to pay 10 extra dollars for the exchange from USD.房主回复

Our Homestay outline does note that payment is to be received in CAD $ or by E-Transfer.
We inform all guests that there is currently no wifi available prior to them booking.
We do apologize for the renovations being done upstairs during the day. Our goal is to always ensure our guests are enjoying their stay and our comfortable.

The unit was clean, well-equipped and located very centrally. The hosts were approachable and accommodating. Take note of the ceiling height in the details. Highly recommened.

Absolutely 5/5! So nice people and happy to help you with anything. The apartment is so lovely and comfortable. You’ll find everything you’ll need. And in just 20min you’re in Downtown. Overall an awesome stay. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.
