Hi, my name is Palmy and I offer homestay services for local, international students, visitors and tourists. Before I start getting into details about this amazing home, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a mother with two friendly youth sons who are out going and active. They are 23 and 21years of age. We are from Thailand and I love to cook. Some of the hobbies that my two sons love to do is playing sports, video games, video editing, YouTube, and also cooking. The reason why I am running a home stay is to help international students have a place to stay and feel like home. I love to help others and make people feel welcomed as if it was your own home. . As stated earlier, I love to cook, clean and love to communicate with people. Being friendly and kind is considered a staple characteristics of our family.
We always maintain the cleanliness and hygiene in the house to ensure everyone are safe and healthy especially due this pandemic.
Our home is closed to Centennial College (Progress and Morningside Campus) and University of Toronto (Scarborough) also surrounding of Food places, Shopping Center, Major Banks, Movie theaters and Grocery Stores and More...
Most importantly keeping the house clean is the number one priority of this house!
Each rooms consists of: ( all brand new)
- 1 single bed (blanket, pillows)
- Closet with mirror
- Clock
- Cabinet night stand with lamp
- Work desk and chair
- Window
Each Private room with full furnished.
We are more interested in male guests as most of the members in our family are males. We are looking for international homestay students and professor with a well mature manner and attitude with respect.
- Access to Bathroom and Shower Room are shared.
- Free UNLIMITED WI-FI, High Speed Internet with 3 Gbps.
- Free laundry (washer & Dryer) once/week (Detergent not included)
- Share living room with TV and outdoor backyard
- NO share kitchen (no cooking) but we provide fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Airfry, dishware and cutleries . There are lot of varieties of hot foods, fresh foods that are ready to eat, also supermarkets around in the area.
No Cooking allowed. But we provide fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, all kitchen wares such as plates, bowl, cups, glasses and cutleries are provided.
ID with Picture are required!!!
Due to pandemic, every one in the house require to be fully vaccinated for safety and healthy. Please prepare the proof of your vaccination and passport on your arrival.
All the areas of the house (Kitchen, Hallway, Living room, Laundry room, washroom and shower room) will be cleaned always.
So for those who is looking for a nice clean environment.
***Cleaning fee $80/booking/ person/ private room plus $50 key deposit will be charged separately with the payment when you check in.
Backyard Cabin Room
Cleaning fee of $80 per stay/One time fee.
Electric fee of $20 per stay One time fee.
Key & locker deposit $50 (will be refunded)
All guests need to be fully vaccinated and have proof certificate when arrival.
Please be advised to prepare a copy of passport and proof of vaccinations for safety and record when arrival.
Check on ~ after 3 pm
Check out - within 10 am

Payment Method: Please pay the full balance prior to arrival via etranfer or PayPal to email: EMAIL HIDDEN BY HOMESTAY and to confirm arrival details. Please show your booking confirmation email along with photo ID on arrival. Due to pandemic, we request every one with the proof of fully vaccination before your arrival, therefore due to safety and healthy for everyone.
Keys Deposit : $50 in cash and the rest of payment, please be prepared and will be collected upon your arrival.

Palmy is an amazing host for newcomers in Toronto. She is helpful and informative to help you adapt to your life here. House is very clean and cozy and rooms are comfortable. I am really happy to spend my time here and would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for space !! Thanx Palmy !!

I spent almost 4 months here and Palmy was a great host who always made me feel at home and was very helpful! Palmy and her family are really nice and welcoming, the house is always clean and neat and everyone living in the house is very respectful. The home has a great location, really close to transportation, UTSC, Centennial College, and 3 blocks away from several supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores. I had a great experience here and definitely recommend it!

I spent two months with Palmy and I can only be grateful and recommend the experience. Everything neat! Good ambience and you feel like home! Great stay! She received us like a part of the family and make us feel really comfortable!

Mrs. Palmy's house was without a doubt the best experience I could have when I arrived in Canada, I don't think I would have found a better experience. a very nice person, along with his whole family, besides being helpful and helping me many times, not to mention how clean everything is always. I would definitely like to return to this place

The host is very kind and welcoming, making you feel at home. She gives you all the privacy you need. Sometimes she cooks food and gives some to you. 10/10 would stay again

I have no doubt that this homestay will exceed your expectations. Here, you stay in the most comfortable room, meet the best people and get the most sincere help when you need it. Nice, clean and well equipped room. Palmy and her sons are very friendly and caring landlords. Therefore I felt very comfortable during my stay. The location is really good. You can reach two supermarkets, several ATMs, restaurants, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, bus stops etc. in 5 minutes on foot. I will definitely book a room with Palmy again.
