Hello Dear All, May God bless you! My name is Mita. I am working with a college and I am a part-time yoga teacher as well. I look forward to hosting you for your stay in Black Creek/Yorkgate Blvd of Toronto. It only takes 18 minutes from Pearson airport to my house, and, one minute to the bus stop, and walking distance to York University. The nearest subway station is Pioneer village. I have a double room at upstairs, one En-suit in the basement, and another two single rooms on the ground floor. Those rooms are with a nice view and with lots of natural sunlight. You can have a good view of the beautiful flowers and vegetable garden from those rooms. The En-suite room is in the basement with a kitchen, attached a small living room and a separate entrance. The environment of the house is full of peaceful vibration so that you can relax body and mind either for your good study or holiday. Our garden is featured by the Toronto Region Conservation Association (TRCA) SNAP program of Black Creek Community. The house is surrounded by many beautiful fruit trees and has private access to a vegetable, flowers garden in the back yard. Also, I always share our harvest with my tenants. In addition, we provide our bicycles to our tenants free of charge, so you can ride bikes around enjoy the local attraction. Also, I provide free parking for my tenant. The house is located in the Black Creek/Yorkgate Blvd area. The area was an Italian community, it remains very peaceful and beautiful garden view as well. Also, there are some churches around, and in our community centre, you can swim at the free outdoor swimming pool during summers, play basketball and use the gym room in door of the community center as well. Besides, there is a famous tourist spot called Black Creek Pioneer Village. It takes you 10 minutes by bike to reach there from our place. The distance from our house is a 1-minute walk to the TTC bus stop then can connect to any Toronto GTA subway station, 5 minutes walk to five malls and grocery shopping. Also, if you like to work out, a walking distance to Gum.it's inside of the nearest mall. And, York University is so close from my place you can take one bus or walking distance to there. Besides, it's taking you 18 minutes drive to Pearson airport.

Welcome all of you to homestay with me. Especially, if you are a Vegan/vegetarian person, you'll enjoy the place as well as get a special discount for a long stay. Also, no matter you're a vegetarian or not, the host can arrange a delicious variety of vegetarian meals for the tenant as the requirement. Per-meal charges $9.00 Booking meals in advance. No pet, no alcohol, and no smoking at the house. For keeping house good vibration, the tenant can use the kitchen but I appreciate not cooking non-vegetarian food. Restrain the noise after midnight. If you intend to invite a friend over, please discuss with me in advance. The host receives the full rental balance amount in cash when the tenant arrives. Also, the guest has to show his/her booking confirmation email along with a photo ID on arrival to the host. Check-in at 3:00pm,check out at11:00am. Cancellation should be noticed by 7 days ahead. It is great to stay one month in Mita's garden house, it is quiet, friendly district, convenient to go church, library, park and even more... I am most grateful to Mita to learn the Yoga and Veggie culture and wisdom.

I've spent my first two weeks in Toronto at Mita's place while looking for an apartment. Mita has been a very welcoming host, she is always willing to help, to suggest places to see and things to do, and she is very friendly and warm-hearted.
I had a very good time at Mita's. The place is in a quiet residential neighborhood, very close to York University and well connected via bus to the subway station.
The house is nice and well maintained, there is a backyard where Mita grows its own vegetable (she gave me a lot of fresh grapes from her garden). I had access to the laundry, to a shared fridge and I could use some kitchen appliances (the microwave, a kettle, and a toaster).
If you don't need or don't want to stay downtown and you like quiet places Mita is a good place to stay.八月 2022
Truly, one of the best homestay experiences you would ever have. Mita goes above and beyond for her guests and makes sure they are utmost comfortable with the place and the person.
Her place is a little piece of heaven with the beautiful natural garden that she cares for so well.
If you are her guest, you get to enjoy amazingly delicious healthy food along with the natural harvests from her garden which just cultivates a harmonic sense of aura.
I am truly blessed to have found mita and her humble abode amidst the urban realms of toronto.
I think if you get a chance, you should definitely stay at her place, because i surely will.

Stay in Mita´s house was a very nice experience. She is very polite, gentle and nice person. She offered us a delicious vegetarian pizza in our last day, my son loved it! The house is very comfortable and there are a lot of fruits in the garden that Mita gently gave us (The best cherry that we have already eaten). She prepared a cultural night with every guest. This was a wonderful moment. I really recommend this homestay.
