Nicely decorated family home .Bedrooms have storage and study areas as well as comfortable beds . We live 20 minutes bus ride from the U of S. There are many shops and services in our area.In the summer we love to spend time out of doors,in our yard or near the river attending some of the many festivals held there. There are also trails to ride bikes or walk along.Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms,some of which we rent to students attending the university or one of the 2 high schools located in our area. We enjoy meeting students from many different countries. PLEASE NOTE : All MEALS ARE INCLUDED IN THE HOMESTAY FEE. For LongTerm Guests ONLY.

please lock the doors at all times. No Smoking inside or outside. No drinking.. please clean up after you use the washroom . We do not allow guests to do their own cooking. Our home is quiet and clean. it is a great place to study. no overnight guests. no pets.
We provide clean bedding , towels and healthy meals for long term stays.
Payment required upon arrival . Cash preferred.

Had a wonderful experience there being far away from home. Their spectacular hospitality and company helped me go through rough times as they were very considerate and kind. Will miss their two extremely delightful puppies a lot.

Marlene and Denis were very kind, their help was very important in my first time in the country, I enjoyed every moment with them and I would have liked to stay more time with them and their little dogs.

Marlene is a delightful host, a knowledgeable guide, and a fantastic cook. This homestay is in a beautiful, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with a public library and the forestry park within walking distance. The host family has two delightful puppies which are an absolute pleasure to play with. When you stay with Marlene, you're practically part of the family :)

Marlene was wonderful, welcoming, and accommodating of my schedule changes and odd requests. I'm sure I'll stay with her again when I pass through in December.
