Welcome to Edmonton!

We have rooms available in our home in South Edmonton (Terwillegar). They are fully furnished guestrooms including high speed wireless internet access, each with their own full private bathroom, and all utilities included. Bedroom 1 is also equipped with in-room recordable cable TV with movie channels. The rooms are on the 2nd floor, have west or south facing windows, and are therefore bright. Fee includes use of kitchen and laundry room. Guests supply their own groceries, laundry supplies, and toiletries. If necessary, smoking is allowed outside.

My wife and I are fairly young professionals looking for a tenant who requires a clean, safe, and quiet home. I am an instructor and my wife can speak both Korean and Mandarin. We have a small dog. Sparky is a well trained and affectionate Mini Pinscher.

We have previously hosted homestay guests from China, Korea, Japan, UK, Germany, Spain, Mexico, India, Palestine, Kuwait as well as Saudi Arabia and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are friendly as well as sensitive to guest needs and different cultures. Moving to a new city is often not easy, so we help our guests with their transition (help setting up bank account, library card, bus schedules, shopping, etc.).

There is a bus stop steps from our door which is a 16 minute commute to Century Park Station, conveniently offering rapid LRT service to the University of Alberta or downtown Edmonton. Park, bicycle trails, convenience store, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and recreation center are all nearby.
