Our house is located close Hoi An Ancient Town in a quiet and safe area. The house is just 3 minutes' walk from minimart, local market, church; and only 5 minute's from bus station.

House Rules
- TURN OFF all lights and air conditioners in every room before going out of the house.
- ABSOLUTELY no Smoking in the house( We are going to the Green Environment)
- NO unregistered overnight guests
- GUESTS return home late just in case, please kindly let us know by email for phone
- Children are more than welcomed
- NO pets in the house
- NO lost your key room (It cost $20 per one to replace)
- Move back all furniture and placements to the exact same spot when we hand you the keys. --- All furnitures which belong inside the house CAN NOT be moved to outside for any reasons. (sofa,beds, etc ..)
- Watch your children to make sure they don't eat or swallow small items or break them.
- Do not tape anything on the wall as it will pull out the paint and you may have to pay for repaint the entire wall (not just touch up because it won't work that way)
- If you open the window, please lock it for safety

Lovely accommodation and a very caring host. Wouldn't let us leave without breakfast. Even though it was 5am. :-)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
