This is a nice room with warm local family. You can enjoy the Vietnamese culture here with traditional 3 generation family. It is located 5km to My Dinh bus station, 8km to Hoan Kiem lake, 1.8 km to Royal city shopping mall, 2.5 km to Big C super market, 400m to Bus Rapid Station, and many conveniece stores nearby. It is located inside a lane so it is very quiet with nice neighborhood.

About the Area
My house is located in a quite alley with nice neighborhoods in Thanh Xuan district. It is only 400m to the Bus rapid station. You can get taxi right outside the lane. We can book grab, uber or normal taxi for you if needed. It is near many Universities and markets and convenience stores so you can live the local way easily.

This was a very comfortable stay in a great location of Hanoi. I didn't spend a ton of time with the family, but we went to a nice restaurant and they gave me tips to attend the neighborhood festival while it went on, which was so fun! Thanks!

Bich and her family were so sweet. My boyfriend and I stayed for 9 days, and they were very accommodating, kind, and great communication on whats app. We even asked last minute to stay an extra night and they were more than happy. We stayed with them right before Tet Lunar New Year, and they invited us down to have a family dinner with them which was delicious. Her parents and other family in the house do not really speak English but were still very welcoming and helped us out a few times! The location is not near the old quarter or westlake but we took a ~15min grab scooter which was fine. I had never walked through the quaint alleys to get to Vietnamese homes in the city before, and we loved that experience too!

We stayed 2 nights and had a great local experience . The house is spacious , everything is simple and comfortable, and Bich Hanh was very responsive if we needed anything. Her parents-in-law were home at times and were also very helpful and friendly. There is a delicious Phó diner right nearby for breakfast ! We used Grab to get to places and it was easy from this location. Just be prepared for crazy Hanoi traffic !

We had a wonderful stay. Our host and her family were very warm and welcoming. We got a glimpse of typically family life in Vietnam which was wonderful.
Our room was well put together and included a TV, excellent internet, electric tea kettle to boil water, soft floor mat, etc.

Very sweet family! We really liked staying there and you can borrow their washing machine we also celebrated Bích’s father in law’s birthday which was really nice. But next time we would like to spend more time together with the family

Very warm welcome, even though I came very late because of flight delay. The room is comfortable, actually the all floor is yours. The location in my opinion is perfect, not so far from the center (2$ max with Grab) and far enough to be a quiet neighbourhood. You will find everything you need in the area. Lovely family, they invited me to lunch with them, what a beautiful moment. They are so kind in any way. Strongly recommend ! Thanks again !
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
