We are married couple living in our private 3-floor house in Danang city, Vietnam. As we just stay on the second floor, we would like to have our third floor rented. There are 2 available bedrooms which were furnished with old-style wooden furniture from 1990s. They are all full of sunshine with city-viewed window.
To comfort our guests, air-conditioner and cable TV were provided in the private rooms and there are a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave in the common area.
The host is out-going and friendly.

About the Area
Our house is located on the main big street to the city center. It takes about 10 minutes driving to downtown and 20 minutes to the beach.
The nearest bus-stop with several bus options is just 2 minutes walk and the Danang International airport is nearby, around 1 kilometer.
There are number of good local restaurants, coffee shop and mini supermarket to comfort your stay with us.

OMG, Van I will never forget my experience. you went out of your way to help me, you genuinely are a caring person. For the price, including room service and laundry.. it is a very good price.
She bought me a coffee when first arrived, warm welcome conversation. Invite me to lunch with her family. I can't say enough. My heart is overwhelmed. This is the best homestay and host I ever been in.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
