Our house is located in the center of Da Nang, just 5 mins walk to Dragon Bridge, Love Locks Bridge, Sơn Trà Night Market and lots of Restaurants, Bars/Pubs, Coffee shops; 3 mins to local market ; 5 mins drive to Mỹ Khê beach.
We are living on 1st floor so that we can welcome you at anytime.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
1. Check-in is after 2PM / Check-out is before 12PM (noon)
2. IMPORTANT: We give you 02 keys for the Gate and Room door. If you see the Gate IS BEING LOCKED, please LOCK IT AGAIN after going in/out.
(Passcode to unlock Reception door will be informed after you check in).
3. Treat this Studio as your own home and keep it clean.
Kindly REMOVE YOUR SHOES before entering into the rest place (we have slippers for use within the Studio).
4. Prohibited keeping durians, or any food with strong stench in the refrigerator.
5. Please DO NOT THROW sanitary napkin, condoms or other trash in the toilet bowl to avoid clogging (toilet paper is acceptable).
6. Strictly NO SMOKING in the Studio, however you can smoke at the balcony with door closed (outdoor) or at the rooftop or at outside the house.
SMOKING ODOR in room will be FINED 1 MILLION VND (~ 45 USD | 50.000 KRW | 300 CNY).
7. Guests are responsible to take care the furniture, appliances and other amenities when using it, as damages will be at your cost.
8. Lost of KEYS is subject to a penalty of 200.000 VND.
9. Please consider to love the EARTH and conserve energy, by TURNING OFF Air-conditioner and other electrical devices when you are away.
Kindly DO NOT REPLACE another card into card holder when you go out.
10. Please note there is quiet night time FROM 23:00 UNTIL 6:00

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
