this home is located on the friendly streets of west hills formerly known as canoga park. The beach is 20 minutes away via Topanga canyon boulevard and I am close to all major colleges in los angeles. CSUN is 15 minutes, pierce colllege is 10 minutes and all other los angeles colleges are according to the time of day you travel. you do not have to be a student to live here. I am open to anyone who wants to rent a room. I am also close to major malls and shopping centers, parks, hiking etc. I am a very easy going person who enjoys life and would love to have a great houseguest.

About the Area
my home is located within local transportation of all bus stops. It is a quiet neighborhood and markets are within walking distance about 5 minutes from my home. There are also parks, colleges, etc. My home provides a safe environment. The neighborhood is friendly. Everyone knows everyone here.
My home has central heating and air, I also have two dogs who are very friendly but very protective of anyone living here.

Rules/omg. I do not allow smoking in the house. However, you can smoke out front. Dishes should be washed of course. No pets, overnight guests or wild parties. lol

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
