A couple with College Age daughter - the Master Bedroom with Private Bath is available. We are located 15 minutes from World Famous Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, Downtown Sarasota. We are 5 minutes walking to bus stop, we have ample parking - we have two living rooms, a swimming (not heated) We keep, very early hours but don't mind your coming and going. The house is 2600 sq feet with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms 2 living rooms and full kitchen. Decorated with Asian arts. We are a busy family with a business and jobs and school. We can direct you but we don't have a lot of time to spend with you. Breakfast food is available but because of our early schedule we cannot prepare it for you - you are welcome to our kitchen at any hour.

About the Area
The house is 2 minutes from the bus, by bus you can access museums, beach, theatres, food shopping, restaurants, airport. Having a car is your best option. Siesta Key Beach is about 20 minutes away by car it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

House Rules
Smoking on the Lanai with door closed, absolutely no smoking in house. Drug Free. Guests may visit with notice. Please do not do laundry after 9PM. If using the kitchen for meals please clean up after yourself. No Pets. We do have an outdoor cat.

Hannah is a wonderful host and very accommodating. Her home is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to bus routes too. Very comfy bed!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
