Warm, friendly, family of four, 3 bedrooms, 1 and half baths, located near a canyon park, and 3 play grounds, scenic mountain top views of the city and pacific ocean. Center of major public transportation, bus, light rail, and underground train, Uber/Lift, walking distance to two Supermarkets, drug store, many restaurants and coffee shops, local library, safe for urban hiking, rock climbing, walking and jogging. 15 to 20 minute commute to down town San Francisco city center, or art, and wildlife museums, theater and zoo, beach and San Francisco International Airport.

About the Area
Our home is located in the middle of the city, near Twin Peaks scenic site, 50ft from the nearest bus stop. We live in a safe neighborhood for walking, jogging, hiking in the local canyon park. Walking distance to two major supermarkets, 3 park/playgrounds, restaurants, public transportation and freeway access by car. 15 to 20 minute commute to down town city center and common tourist locations.

House Rules
Quiet hours after 9:30pm, no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no partying, no sleepover guests, and no pets. Maintain a clean and uncluttered space. We invite family participation and engagement, but not required; (Join us in helping to prepare dinner, and spend family time together, practice English speaking.) Let us know if you wont be home for the night, or will be away for a few days while exploring the area.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
