There are two single rooms for rent near Monterey Blvd。close to CCSF and SFSU in San Francisco. We live in the house too with total six bedrooms, but only two or three are available for rent. The mothly rent of the room is $1,650.00 ~ 180 square feet, $1,750.00 ~ 210 square feet, or monthly rent at $2400.00 per room for two people or best offer if renting more than 3 Months .The rooms are spacious and have a kitchen and two bathrooms. Wireless internet and washer,dryers are available. The room has basic furniture such as beds, tables, chairs, cabinets. Convenient transportation near the house, you can take bus No. 43, 23 or K Street car to downtown. The surrounding environment is good, quiet and safe. It is suitable for cycling and other health and leisure activities. It is easy to park. Students are welcome if they are quiet and tidy. The accommodation does not accept pets, staying overnight guests and smoking.

COURTESIES TO ABIDE BY WHILE YOU
ARE A GUEST IN OUR HOME
1. Our home goes "quiet/to bed" at 11PM Monday through
Friday nights and 12 AM (midnight)on Friday and Saturday
nights.
2. If you do not plan to sleep at home please telephone us to
advise this at a reasonable hour so that we
will not worry about you.
3. If you do not plan to come home for dinner if it is applicable, please telephone us by 4PM that same day.
4. California is in a drought (water is used sparingly). We adhere
to the 10 minute shower rule and expect the same from you.
Please do not use the bathroom for longer than 20 minutes at
one time.
5. If you need/want clothing washed, I am more than happy to share
washer/dryer, Otherwise, there is a
laundromat down at the Ocean Ave..
6. No friends or guests of yours may come to sleep overnight
without our express (asked) permission. It shall be less than 3 nights otherwise it will be charged accordingly.
7. Please keep your clothes in drawers/closets, your bed made and
the room tidy each day. If you have snacks in your room,
please be sure to empty your garbage can.
8. Please clean and mop your room once a week.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
