We have a beautiful townhome in the coastal community of Carlsbad.
complete with pool views of the Pacific Ocean, Carlsbad Lagoon and La Costa Golf Course, featuring fully furnished private bedroom with double bed,semi-private bath, air-conditioning, spacious closet,Cable Television and Free WiFi included. Some meals included. Only minutes from prime shopping areas, this homestay offers thoughtfully designed accomodations providing the perfect retreat for today's careful travelor.
Our homestay is not only a beautiful place to call home, but an entire community providing convenience and elegance for our guest. Whether it's a scenic hike along the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean, relaxing by the sparkling swimming pool and spa, or working out in the fitness center, we have the perfect setting for all to enjoy. Additionally, we have a small back yard with lush green grass perfect for a quiet place to study or enjoy the sun. We are just .09 miles from public transportation, 2.6 miles away from the beach and only 1.5 hours away from famous attractions such as Disneyland and 35 miles north from San Diego. We are a small family and not a party hotel or hostel. We do not have pets and we are a non-smoking household.

House Rules
No additional overnight guests. Keep a clean room and bathroom. Do not disturb the neighbors. Pay In advance for your stay. The pool, spa, fitness center are open until 10:PM. Host will provide some meals. Visitors allowed with advance notice and subject to approval. If you use the kitchen clean your mess. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property nor indoors.

We are a senior couple that carefully researched an accommodation for one week in Carlsbad CA area. The listing is very appealing, and Lisa's description turned out to be very accurate. The home is very clean, tidy, and friendly. The home and pool area have been recently constructed and are in perfect condition. Lisa is an excellent hostess. She offered information on activities and events. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this property. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to California, and we would recommend this location to anyone seeking a quiet location within a few minutes of the Pacific Ocean Beaches. How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries).
