We are a friendly outgoing couple living in Patchogue, Long Island. We live in a spacious four bedroom home. We are about one hour away from New York City by railroad. The railroad and town is about half a mile away. Our home is modern with 3 baths, large kitchen, dining room and family room. There is a lovely patio with BBQ area and a nice garden.. We have bicycles, which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay.
Patchogue is a village on the south shore of Long Island in Suffolk County, New York. It is a lovely and lively town. It has many restaurants, shops and bars. We have many beautiful beaches and parks not to far away.

About the Area
Our home is located in the village of Patchogue. It is located on the Great
south Bay, approximately 50 miles from Manahattan . It is approximately one hour away by railroad to New York City. The railroad and town is about 1/4 mile away. Only minutes away are beautiful beaches and parks. Their is Abundant night life , full of bars and restaurants as well as boutiques and specialist shops.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Keep noise to a respectful level. Clean kitchen after use. Do not invite strangers into our home without prior notice. Keep home secure and lock front door when entering and leaving the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
