I live with my son, who is going to college. We have a big apt 4 bedroom and I live only with my Girlfriend and my son. The apt is located in the 6 floors and we have Wi-Fi and laundry in the Apt. Also cable would be available in the room at guess request.
My son is bilingual as well as I. We spoke English and Spanish fluently, he's also learning French at college.
NOTE.
Please read carefully, I do not provide breakfast, There is no option in the description to tell you this, but you can have access to use the kitchen.

About the Area
Our Apt is located near the Hudson River, you can see the river from our living room. We have a city sport complex 2 block away , with tennis court, gym, football field and running track as well pool for daily swimming. We are 20 minutes away to Times Square by train . Same block bus stops and others bus stops only one block away.
In addition we have all the amenities at home and laundry too.

The host cancelled the booking 5 days before the arrival date.

... a lovely dog, a friendly host, good people, "Memorial Day", well, ... :-) but you can stay in bed if that doesn't mean anything to you; then don't forget the earplugs if busking isn't your thing. But nothing that couldn't be dealt with somehow. It's just New York and not Kleinkleckersdorf.

Jorge est un super hôte.

Jorge was an amazing host! I thank him so much for welcoming me into his home and being so kind with great hospitality. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Location and neighborhood is perfect, and I had no problem getting to the places I needed to go. Thank you again Jorge!

The stay with Jorge and his family was very uncomplicated. The room was spacious and equipped with a large fridge, AC and desk. Jorge and his family were very friendly and polite. If you are not expecting a hotel (which is much more expensive), you will make a very good choice here! Jorge was also very reliable in his availability.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
