I live in San Diego with my husband, I have a 32 year old son who lives on his own, and my 27 year old daughter who is married and owns her own home, Our home is a 4 bead room, 3bath We love to go bike riding, hiking, to the beach, amusement parks and play board games. I love baking, so you can enjoy some tasty treats from time to time. I offer only continental breakfast, so you can help yourself in the morning. I have a beautiful backyard that you can go out and sit and relax, or sit and have breakfast at the table outside. Looking forward to meeting you

About the Area
We live only 10minutes driving distance from Downtown San Diego and the beach, 5 min,( two blocks ) walking distance from fast food and shopping, and the bus and trolley that can take you Downtown to the train station in 20min. The Airport is also about 15 min driving distance away. We have Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park ( that has many museums) Sea Port Village, Coronado Beach and many more attractions just 10-15 min driving distance away.

House Rules
Please keep our home secure and double lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm as my husband and son leave for work very early in the morning. Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after. Please do not invite guests into our home. Not smoking and drinking.Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
