This three-story, seven bedroom, 4200 square feet house has veiws all around, comes with comfort, convenience, security and openhearted hosts. The hosts are a close knit family - father (engineer), mother (attorney) and son (investment business). Within five minutes drive are: Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, NBC, Hollywood. It is easily accessible by freeway (US 101), city bus line is quarter mile (400 m), Greyhound bus stop is 3 miles (5 km), LA Airport is 16 miles (26 km), downtown is 10 miles (16 km) and USC/UCLA are 10 miles (16 km). There are three spacious living rooms with wide screen TVs and two dining rooms. There is a refrigerator for guests to store food. Guests have access to the kitchen for light cooking. The house has central A/C.

Our house is located minutes from Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studios, Hollywood. The bus stop is two minutes walk and the subway station is a little over a mile. there is easy access to freeway (US 101) and Los Angeles downtown is 10 miles away. UCLA and USC are less than 10 miles from house.

My two sons and I had a lovely welcome when we arrived. They are very warm, friendly hosts, who are always willing to help. Our stay of four days was great, as you are within easy walking distance of Universal City and a cheap Uber drive to Hollywood. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great family! Clean house, cozy atmosphere! It was the first time for us to use Homestay and we love the experience! First of all, Rahul called us as we arrived and might need any help, which was very nice. Then we met the family and they are great! Very intelligent and nice people. We were feeling like at home of deer friends, talking and joking! Wonderful time! Thank you, guys!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
