This mid-century Spanish style beauty puts you right in the middle of old Hollywood and all it has to offer.
This is a perfect place for tourists or business travelers who want to be close to all the action, but need a quiet relaxing place to come back to after a long day. We are on a quiet street, so when you want to turn off the bright lights of the big city for a little relaxation, just come upstairs, shut the door, draw the blinds.
The space
The place where I live is a second floor unit flooded with gorgeous natural light, palm trees visible from every angle, and has a ton of character.
Full kitchen for whatever you want to prepare (multiple grocery stores and even a Target are near-by).
The area is very safe, well lit, and there's ample overnight parking. Parking details at check-in, please let the host know if you are bringing a car.
There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your use.

About the Area
Central Hollywood, an easy walk to Melrose, the Theatre District, and lots of the Movie and TV Studios. A mile from major tourism and business districts, and a short drive or subway ride to downtown LA. Very quiet and safe location on a very quiet and safe street, but still very central and convenient.

Also, please pay attention to the signage regarding street cleaning on Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
This is an old building on a quiet street and guests must observe quiet hours between 10:30pm and 7:00am, no parties or events unless approved by and coordinated with host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
