Our remolded home is located in California/ San Fernando Valley. A very residential, quite, safe, and clean area. We are up the hill where you will see people walking their dogs, and jogging. About a mile away there is access to public transportation and shopping center with Walmart, restaurants, and pharmacy. Many studetns bike or used Uber to get around.
Our house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an enormous kitchen with a center island that seats 7, small bar, patio, bonus room. The home is organized, clean, and warm. As we travel to Spain, Mexico, Malaysia, Singapore, Hawaii, and across the USA. Our home has new windows, central air, wood floors, and tile. We have washer and dryer located next to the kitchen.
Hosting international student. Private room, with a closet, furnished with essentials. The bathroom is shared with other students. Large window facing the back of the house with the view of trees, and patio to exercise, and study or BBQ.
Our Family consist of my husband of 30 years.. College sweet hearts. I am originally from Spain and my husband is from Malaysia. Our two daughters that are in their 20's ( borne and raised in California), a dog, 2 cats, and fish. We are working and honest people. We enjoyed cooking, shopping, watching TV, taking trips ( Las Vega, Santa Barbara, San Diego), a day at the beach, picnics, and family gatherings. I personally collect post cards, and enjoy photography.
I was the first one in my family to graduste from college. I believe education to be essential! I truly enjoyed learning and sharing our believes and ways of lives.

About the Area
The home is located in San Fernando Valley/ ,in the city of Porter Ranch off Rinaldi and Amigo . 118 Fwy. The Porter Ranch shopping centre, YMCA, Post Office, and restaurants are with in 25 minutes walking distance. The closest bus stop is about 35 minutes walk in the opposite direction where additional shopps are also available. The closest train station is located in Chastworth ( not walking distance or via a bus line). Recommended to have a car or at least a bike as we are in a very residential area, up in a hill.

House Rules
There are a few rules that my grand father thought me: no hats on the table. do not talk with your mouth full. no elves on the table. There is one that we put in placed... no Cells on the dinner table.
IT IS REQUIRED TO CLEAN BEHIND YOURSELF.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
