We live in a quiet and safe area in Lakewood, Ca. Nearby cities, Long Beach and Cerritos. I have a daughter in her Senior year in High School. I have a son studying in University of California in Santa Barbara and he stays at the dorm. My husband and I are both employed. The house is located in a great, safe neighborhood, very close to Long Beach Community College, Cerritos College and 10 min. drive to CSULB. (Bus stop 2 minutes from home). Walking distance to shopping malls, grocery stores, UFC gym, Crunch Fitness, restaurants, coffee shops (Starbucks) and other amenities.
We have 4 rooms in total, 1 available for guests to book.
There are 2 bathrooms, living room with television and large kitchen with dining area. We have a large backyard, and a swimming pool (under construction)
We have two small dogs that lives outside the house. Very nice dogs, only barks at the mailman.
We are fun and loving family. We enjoy long driving on back roads and exploring different places and restaurants.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
