My condo is in the village of Laguna Woods. I have a large guest bedroom/bath with a view. There are walking paths outside the door, arboretum and lots of flowers with a patio for tea or coffee/breakfast. The beach is 7 miles and hiking in the hills 4 miles. My interests are photography, watercolor.
No pets in my home please. 2 vaccines needed to stay here.

About the Area
The condo is located in a quiet tree filled adult neighborhood overlooking the Saddleback Mts.
It's a short bus or drive to Laguna Beach and walking distance to healthy food market and Mall. There's a bus depot near by to take longer routes to many sites in South Orange County.

House Rules
NEED 2 COVID VACCINES. It's quiet here in the morning (except when gardeners are mowing) and after 10PM on work days. The refrigerator in the bedroom is small but will hold snacks and drinks. Please be responsible for any spills, stains to the carpet.
PLEASE NOTE : If you snore, please use a device to lower sound as the wall is thin between rooms and sound travels easily.
Smoking is not allowed.

Very personable and supportive even in the face of the health crisis. Helen's home is comfortable and cozy in an ultra safe community.

Helen has a nice ranch style house in a gated community. There are lots of trees and nice paths to walk along. The bedroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. I always bring my own pillow so I can't comment on the pillow.
Helen provided me with coffee and cereal and fruit in the morning. She was very helpful in guiding me to places to go and see and was available sometimes to join me. I enjoyed Helens hospitality and her comfortable home and would not hesitate to book another stay with her.November 2018

This was my first experience staying in someone else's home and it was a wonderful experience. Helen was a perfect hostess she could not of done more to make me welcome and comfortable in her home. I look forward to my next stay with Helen she is gracious and interesting.

Helen was extremely hospitable to me and flexible with timing of my arrival and departure. She made me feel very welcome , provided me with food and drinks and welcomed me to join her on her outings. The room was tidy comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks again Helen
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
