Come stay in the heart of Orange County in beautiful Southern California! We are a family of 4 and have been hosting families for over 13 years. We are located in one of the safest cities in the States, which is the City of Irvine. We are close to many shopping malls and 25 minutes from Disneyland. There are also many beautiful beaches and hiking trails within driving distance. Downtown Los Angeles and San Diego are also nearby. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet suburban area in the City of Irvine. There is a public bus stop nearby. We also offer free parking if you decide to rent a car. Bicycles are also available. There are many bike trails, parks, and shopping centers in our area.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
1 Make sure to connect with us through the LINE app. This way, you can contact us if you have a question, get lost, or need help.
2 If you need something, please ask us.
3 For English language learners, speak English as much as possible. Use Google Translate whenever possible.
4 Write down our home address, WiFi info, and phone numbers
5 Conserve water at all times especially when brushing your teeth.
6 Your shower time is limited to 8 minutes each time. We also ask that you only take 1 shower per day.
7 Hang up your towels to dry after you take a shower and use them again
8 Turn off the lights when you leave the room
9 Take off your shoes when you enter the house
10 After you eat, wash your dishes
11 If you put food in the fridge, please put a label with your name on it.
12 Keep the front door closed so the cat doesn’t escape
13 Before you do laundry, check all your pockets for any items.
14 Please keep the noise down after 10 PM.
15 Guests staying more than 7 days clean their toilet, sink, countertop, shower, and bathroom floor
16 If you would like to invite a friend over, please consult us first.
17 You are provided breakfast and dinner every day. You provide their own lunch and snacks
18 You may drink water from the purified water system in the house; however, do not take water outside the house or waste it. Purchase your own water at the store when you leave the house.
19 Do not take food out of our house. You are responsible to provide your own lunch and snacks.
20 Please clean the kitchen area after you cook.
21 You must purchase your own medicine, snacks, or school supplies
22 If you break our personal item(s), you will be responsible to pay for or replace the item
23 You are responsible to replace our bicycle if it is stolen or damaged
24 Provide your own shampoo and body soap
25 You may use the hair dryer for up to 10 minutes every day
26 Make sure to close the garage door when you are finished in the garage
27 If you have a car, you may park on the street
28 Please keep your money, passport, and any expensive or important items in a safe place in your room. You may be sharing a room with other students. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or money.
29 Please be respectful at all times of our family, pets, and possible other guests.
30 Any theft of our personal items or threats to our safety will be immediately reported to the local police
31 A copy of your passport and emergency contact info is required before stay

Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
