Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet cul-de-sac. We are close to freeways, bus stops, John Wayne airport and only 14 miles from the coast. Irvine is Ranked as the #1 safest city in USA over 100,000 people eight years in arrow and our house is located near trendy cafes, restaurants and shops.

Tom, Jeannine, and all family member's are really wonderful!!
I stayed his house for one year, and they always kind and friendly, and supportive to me.
Jeannine always said to me "this is your house!!".
Tom and Jeannine always invited me to join many events. These experiences are my treasure.The house location is quiet and safety place but very convenient.
Around house, there are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants (including Japanese and other Asian countries shops such as Mitsuwa, Daiso, etc)Additionally, there are so cute three cats, one of them is the best friend of mine!!

Tom and Jeannine are very welcoming and warmhearted hosts. Their home is conveniently located close to shopping areas and bike trails. Tom kindly gave me his bike to use, which helped me a lot in getting to know the city. Tom also responded promptly to any requests. I had a pleasant stay in their home.

Tom and Jeanine are amazing couple.
They supported me in everything that I needed when I was in Irvine. Also, the house is comfortable and has every furniture, utensils and supplies necessary to a good stay.I really recomend to stay with them if you intend to spend some days in Irvine.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
