We would love to welcome you to our home on the Eastern Slope of Incline Village in stunning Lake Tahoe. We have a total of four extra rooms available for guests. It is fun for us to host and get to know the people who are staying here since we both have a love of travel and other cultures.
Your accommodations will include a private room, spacious bath (may be shared with one other room at times), use of a full kitchen, and a private entrance on the guest level. Each room offers a forest view or a view of Lake Tahoe.
We are a couple that has lived in the area for many years. Lyuba is originally from Russia, but has been in Tahoe for about 13 years. Wayne has been here for over 40 years. So both of us are very familiar with the region and happy to provide you with suggestions for things to do. Our interests include hiking, sailing, and watching foreign films. We watch a new movie almost every night. We have just added a car to share; it is the 2004 Volvo, it could be the Safari van or the Yamaha Virago, but probably not the 1963 XKE Roadster.

About the Area
Our home is located in Eastern Slope, which is 1.1 ml away from the center of Incline Village. We can help you with transport details if you let us know how you will be arriving.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

The Stay was amazing. The Place was one of the best cozy and comfortable places I have ever stayed. The Location was great, the Host was very flexible and gracious and he let us choose the room that we liked the most. Great Experience!

Although I had to cancel because of health issues that came up for the elderly parent I care for, I received wonderful, welcoming emails that included comments about the train I was going to take and the beautiful views from the windows of Lyuba's home. The warmth and kindness of these communications made me feel even more determined to reschedule at the soonest possible time. I would highly recommend this homestay.

The view of the lake from the back deck are gorgeous. Wayne was really helpful in directing us to great hiking spots.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
