Bright & spacious private room with a Queen bed close to many studios such as Warner Bros, Nickelodeon, Disney, and NBCUniversal.
We are right next to Central Casting in Burbank. The Americana, Galleria, Hollywood & Griffith Park are very easy to access.
We live next to Burbank Airport, in a quiet area with great links to LA via the I-5 and 134. LAX airport is a short drive.
We provide everything you need for a great price.

We live on a safe, quiet, palm-tree lined residential street in Burbank, near many of the major studios. These and several fantastic shopping and entertainment centers are very close to us, either via car or public transport:
Burbank Town Center (Mall/Cinema/Dining) - 1 mile
Nickelodeon Studios - 1.2 miles
Disney Studios - 2.1 miles
Warner Brothers - 3.1 miles
Glendale Galleria (Mall/Dining) - 3 miles
The Americana (Mall/Cinema/Dining) - 3 miles

We're walking distance to a Smart & Final Extra, several coffee shops including Starbucks, fast food places such as Taco Bell, Del Taco, McDonalds & Habit Burger, and there is a great Japanese sushi place a couple of minutes away called Momotoro. We're also close to a CVS and Trader Joe's.
It's a 20 minute drive to Hollywood, or just 15 to Griffith Park & Observatory - either is a great place to see the Hollywood sign, and we can give you a lot of recommendations on sights to see, hikes to go on, things to do and places to go. There is great nightlife in North and West Hollywood, both a short drive away.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
