Large family home 10 minutes from the beach
We have four grown kids who are living on there owe. We have tow cats Coco and peach both female . Our home 15 minute to down town Boston which have a lot of mall, park, historic church and building.
We live in a 5 bed room house in Boston, living room, two full bathroom, dining room and a kitchen which lead out to a big deck which lead out to a large garden with a BBQ area.
Nearby Wallis ton beach is very safe and has a lifeguard in the summer months.
I love cooking and BBQ in the summer and some times in the winter.
We have not children living at home and two cats plenty of hospitality to share with you.

About the Area
We are locate in the city, were we live is very safe we live close to some historic house, we live 5 minutes from were President George Bush use to live which is now a historic place to visit,
We live 20 minutes drive from the airport.
The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus option using this stop. The walk to the train is only 5 minutes which is the Red Line and you and take the bus to the Orange Line the bus take 15 minutes to get there. The Orange line take you in the heart of the Back Bay, which have lot of restaurant, mall and historic places.

Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after.
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please.
Please do not invite strangers into our home: if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
