You’ll love my place, "hip neighborhood". Sloan's lake is literally a mile away. Downtown Denver is a mile away. Trendy coffee houses and restaurants four city blocks away. Rad events free near a block or 10 away. Downtown Denver is five minutes away via lightrail. Sports Authority is in walking distance. Public library is a block away. Literally, everything you need is in walking distance. My place is good for adults: singles, artists, athletes, students, and professional businessmen and businesswoman who are here to work. If you have nothing to do we may struggle in space.

About the Area
Great part of town. An amazing view. Beds are comfortable, Sports Authority field is a few blocks away, Downtown Denver is in walking distance and five minutes via light rail. Eliches, museums, art districts, and malls are all within walking distance. Amazingly, my street is really quite most time, lol. Sometimes, college students may get a little excited, rarely though. We will share the whole house, kitchen, and so on. Also, I try to cook breakfast everyday for my guests. I like when my geusts feel like they have nutrition. Again, this space is really pretty and super amazing.

House Rules
No smoking indoors, no pot smoking- in or out. No raging in the house after drinking, go to places blocks away, but in home peace is in, nuff said. No loud music past 8 p.m. or loud noise prior to 7:00 a.m. No illegal drugs or activities allowed, including weapons. No sexual harrassment as I am attending Law School. I am also doing interviews for careers. Just know your room is room, and kitchen is allowed, so is living room. However, we have to share space, not invade each others space. This is only a rooming situation, nothing more nothing less. No stealing. No felons. No huge eaters as my furniture is antique and cannot hold very large people. I love eaters, but my furnishings do not. Also, no interrupting me when I am at work and/or studying. Just good roommates who do not interfere and have a purpose for staying here.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
