Beautiful fully renovated family home, 1 bedroom with full size bed, plenty of drawers space, full bath, king size bed in the living area. Full functioning kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils. Private keyless entrance. You will find a laundry mat on the corner of of the house. There are plenty of supermarkets with in walking distance. Additionally the metro is 2.6 blocks away a short 3 minute walk. You don't want to miss out.
1. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
2. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
3. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
4. No pets are allowed inside.
5. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
6. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
7. Cleaning fee 125 to be paid off m advance
8. There will be an additional charge of 35 per night for any additional guest over the 3 allowed.
9. Absolutely no parties allowed
10. There is public street parking only.”, Alternate side parking..please do not park in the drive way, block the driveway or park in front of the fire hydrant (firehydrant summones is about 115 usd).
DO NOT POUR GREASE OR IILS DOWN THE KITCHEN DRAIN IR TOILET. Please place oils and grease in a container and discard with trash. Additionally do not flush condoms paper towel towels or any feminine products down the toilet.
Half of the payment is due at the time of booking in order to hold your reservation. The other half 2 days before booking. You have 10 before travel date to alcánceles to get back a full refund.

House Rules
No more than 4 people are allowed to sleep over at the residence. If you are found to have more than the allowed amount of people staying that the location you will be voiding the contract and void any refunds that may be owed to you and will be asked to leave residence immediately.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
