Hello everyone! My name is Kwame and I live with my beautiful wife, Natalie.

ABOUT US
I am a teacher for Boston Public School District and have been teaching for six years. I currently teach 7th & 8th Grade Math. I am a big karaoke fan, hence the Karaoke machine in the living room (which you might have an opportunity to try out during your visit). I love sports; the Red Sox is his favorite baseball team. He enjoys jogging around the neighborhood for a good workout. An interesting fact: I lived in Ghana for 3 years where I attended school before returning to the US for high school and college.

Natalie loves travel, adventure, music and fitness. The living room has a box of workout gear because she's working towards optimal health in eating, exercise, and emotional/spiritual well-being. She loves to meet new people, and have a wide appreciation for the arts. She grew up playing piano, violin and singing, but now she only sings in the shower on occasion (not too loud though, no worries). An interesting fact: She lived in a mud hut in Zambia for two years and in Lusaka the capital for one year while serving in the Peace Corps. She has pictures hanging around the house that reflect some of the great relationships she built while there.

Together, we are a blast to be around, fun-loving, and welcoming!

ABOUT OUR HOME
Our home is great for students and visitors to Boston. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Morton St Commuter Rail Station that will get you to Downtown Boston in 18 minutes! The property is easily accessible to I-93 through Rt. 203 (Gallivan Blvd) for commuters. It is a 10 minute drive to Franklin Park Zoo and Grove Hall Shopping Plaza located at the intersection of Blue Hill Ave, Washington and Warren Streets. Multiple laundromats are located within the neighborhood.

Since both of us work outside the home, you would have many weekday nights to yourself and potentially weekends with access to the entire apartment, Cable TV, wireless internet, and kitchen if you need it. You can have access to mostly anything outside of my bedroom even if we are there. My place is unique because it's cozy, convenient and spacious. I am a minimalist when it comes to furniture outside of bedroom, so lots of living room space for dancing and exercise.

We would love to welcome you to our home whether its virtually or in person!

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
