Please make yourselves at home. Full kitchen. I will accommodate whatever needs you may have. We have 2 excellent grocery chains within 0.4 mile on N. Lake Ave.
All Animals Welcome, within a 200 lb Weight Class. Large fenced back yard. Your animals are free to roam the plains.
We can assist the sitting of your beloved animals.

About the Area
Bordering the Southwestern region of the Angeles Crest National Forest , We offer wonderful Hiking and other local trails that are a short 0.5 mile walk from the base. Farnsworth Park is 0.1 miles to our north. Wonderful Grocery Chains ALDI and Grocery Outlet are 0.3 Miles South. The Gold Line Lake avenue Metro-link Station is 2.6 miles South on Lake Ave. We are 2.6 Miles North East of the Rose Bowl and very close to Historical shops on Colorado Blvd.

Common Sense , Common Courtesy and Conservation is all that we ask. If there are any sort of special needs, please inform. If something or some things are not to your satisfaction , please advise. We aim to please.
This is an old home that we actually enjoy. The location is second to none in the unincorporated portion of Los Angeles County.
If there are other guests In the home, The CC rule is in full effect. i.e. Common Courtesy.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
