I am Lily and I live with Vince my long term partner. I am a registered nurse the intensive care unit and in school for my masters to become a nurse practitioner. I graduate this August! I have over 10 years experience in tutoring and teaching. I've taught many summer programs focusing on teaching english. I have also taught ballet on and off for 5 years. Vince is a working pharmacist and has is doctorate in pharmacy. He has a passion for math and philosophy. We would love to meet people from new countries. We are pretty active and would like to show you around the city. We are very friendly and our home is newly renovated. I can speak Mandarin and Vince can speak Cantonese if necessary. This is a 2 story home. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a small personal bathroom with shower for the guest downstairs in the garage. We love our dog child Conan, he's very friendly and LOVES people. We have been hosting on Airbnb but we wanted to try Homestay as a new platform. Please pick us were super excited to start hosting!

About the Area
Our house is located 10 min away from downtown la without traffic. We walking distance from many shops, cafes, restaurants, and other leisure activities. It is an ideal place to come visit and very safe neighborhood.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
