About the Area
Wolverhampton is a City in the West Midlands. Historically part of Staffordshire, the City is named after Wulfrun who founded the town.
My home is located in a residential street in Low Hill, which is in the North-East area of Wolverhampton City Centre and is close to local shops, parks and bus routes.

House Rules
No overnight stays.
Visitors can be invited during your stay however discussion to be held with host prior to guest visiting the home,
Guest must ensure that the home is secure prior to leaving. This means that all doors and windows are locked.
Excessive loud noise is not permitted.
Shoes to be left at the front door inside the home on entry.
No smoking or drinking of alcohol permitted.
Whilst a light breakfast is provided Guests must ensure that they provide their own meals and snacks during their stay.
You are responsible for keeping your bedroom tidy and that you maintain the cleanliness of the home.
Bathroom hygiene must be maintained.
All washing up should be done immediately after eating.
Any damages to fixtures and fittings should be reported immediately.
The daily rate remains in place whether you stay at the home for the duration of your stay or not.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
