Home from Home in Warwick is a BandB where Zary seeks to provide a friendly service to our guests.
We have two double bedded rooms with en-suite shower rooms available.
Also a double bedded room with shared bathroom. Guests may use their room or join us in our lounge-dining room. All rooms have TV, WiFi, Tea and Coffee and we provide a light Continental breakfast.
Buses to/from Warwick and Leamington Spa town centres pass and there is a frequent service. There are also regular buses to/from Stratford Upon Avon and Coventry.
We are happy to collect guests from the local train stations in Warwick or Leamington Spa.

About the Area
We are located about 1 mile from Warwick town centre and just over 2 miles from Royal Leamington Spa. Local shops are about 5 minutes walk away and there are frequent bus services to the two town centres.
Warwick is famous for its castle, Lord Leicester Hospice, military museum, St. Nicholas Park, the River Avon and antique shops. There are many buidings dating up to 500 years old. There is a good selection of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Nearby is the Grand Union Canal with canal-side walks to Leamingtion Spa and to the flight of seventeen locks up Hatton Hill. We are about five minutes walk from the local hospital and ten to the station near Warwick town centre. About 15 miles to the south is the British Motor Museum and the Jaguar Land Rover and Aston Martin engineering facilities.
Leamington Spa, with mostly Georgian and Victorian buidings in its centre, has the Royal Pump Rooms, many shops, the Jefferson and Victoria Parks and restaurants offering many cuisines.
About 8 miles away is Stratford Upon Avon, famous for its Shakespear heritage, and Coventry with its large shopping centre, Coventry Cathedral, Herbert Art Gallery and Museum and the large Transport Museum.
There are frequent trains to Birmingham, Solihull and London. To the south the Cotswold Hills and picturesque villages are about an hour away by car. To the west, again about an hour by car, are the Midlands Safari Park and the Severn Trent Steam Railway.

Lovely room with everything needed for a short stay. Zary looks after you very well. I’m looking forward to going back sometime.

Fantastic hosts, room was spot on and breakfast lovely, we even came away with some delicious home made jam!

We were welcomed with a hot drink made for us straight away and settled in very personably. Derrick and Zary were keen to make us feel relaxed in their home, without being intrusive. The place was very clean, had two armchairs and fresh milk was provided for the tea & coffee in the room.
The breakfast was very generous and offered lots of variety - fresh fruit salad, cereals, eggs, toast.
Only 20 minutes walk into the town centre.
Very nice area and they provided off-street parking for us too.
They even phoned us (before we were a mile away) when we left a phone charger behind.

The accommodations with Derrick and Zary are excellent: bedroom with a sitting space, plenty of storage and a very nice ensuite. It was like having our own private place. The breakfast that Zary provided each morning was a wonderful combination of protein and carbohydrates. Kept us going on daily outings. Friendly couple with advice when we asked them.

Derrick & Zary were lovely hosts. They made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend them and would stay there again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
