A single bedroom room with some storage for clothing. Good light, window and heating. Washing machine/dryer is available to use. I provide fresh towels (one small, one big) for you to use. The bed has clean linen and a brand new duvet. It is very comfortable. Close by to local amenities; shops, café, restaurant. Close to local travel links, great bus/train connections. Excellent central location for town centre. Safe and secure location. I'd love to show you around. I'm open minded. I love meeting new people. Language students welcome.

About the Area
The apartment is located in a central, safe location in Stockport on the outskirts of Manchester. It is a 5 minute walk to bus stops and train station with great connectivity to surrounding areas. There is a range of shops, parks, café and restaurants in the area including churches. There is a hospital 10 minutes. The main shopping district of Stockport is a 10 minute walk. Close to Stockport Old Town! Museums in the area. Art galleries.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
You will have a single bedroom for your exclusive use along with exclusive use of a full bathroom. You may use the washing machine/dryer and I can assist you with this. You may use the kitchen to cook your own food or order your own. I will provide tea and coffee in your room.
You may not enter the private bedroom.
You are not allowed guests and you may not smoke. You can use the television in the room for DVD, or read a book if you want which I will provide, but cannot access the internet.
Cash payment on arrival. Breakfast is £5 extra. £5 for laundry wash/dry.
*If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your stay when you are due then the cancellation fee is the cost of the stay*

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
