About the Area
Our house is located within easy access to the city centre. Good bus and train services locally and from central Manchester and central Stockport. Bus stop within walking distance of house (Bus number 203) and within walking distance North Reddish Train Station with trainings running from central Manchester. Locally we have a golf course and Reddish Vale country Park within walking distance. Good selection of shops and restaurants close to house.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
I provide light snacks and water in the room. There is also facilities to make hot drinks. Other meals can be arranged but charged separately. I do not allow smoking inside but have outside terrace where guests can smoke. All check ins after 12 noon and check out before 11am.

A home alway from home.
Linda is a wonderful host and made me feel so at home and welcome. She really goes above and beyond for her guests and always makes sure everyone is well looked after. Not to mention the room I stayed in was so cozy and the bed was so comfy I nearly missed my alarm. The location offers great access to public transport, you can get the bus or train straight into Manchester City centre. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay!August 2022
We had a most wonderful stay with Linda. She puts her heart and soul in making you feel comfortable and indeed she offers the guest a home away from home. She really went a long way to make our stay with her the best in every aspect. We got to meet members of her family and swapped stories and she showed us around town, recommended where to go and eat. We’re two sisters who wanted to visit Manchester and improve our English. Linda was a very helpful host, available, smiling and very communicative and adapted to our level of English. Her house is perfect to welcome anyone and we have a real feeling of being at home.
Quiet area where we feel safe even in the evening. Only one bus to Manchester which is very easy and convenient to get to every day. We highly recommend this host as she will be a great welcome!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
