I live with my husband and lovely daughter Sarah, she is 2 year old. House is located just north of the town centre of Solihull. It is a twenty minutes walk to the town centre where the renowned Touchwood shopping centre is. Easy access to local transport, bus link to Birmingham International airport, train stations and bus station. London is 90 minutes by train, and there are easy travel to Stratford upon Avon, Cotswolds, Oxford to the south, and Manchester Liverpool and North Wales to the north west. Derbyshire dales and the Peak District and Yorkshire to the North East.
The house comprises of three bedroom, two bathrooms, open plan living room and kitchen with small garden at the back. There is super fast fibre optic broadband available free, and car parking is just to the front of the house.

Our house I s in a quiet suburb, twenty minutes walk to the Solihull town centre. Bus stop is opposite the house, Solihull circular S1 and 966 go to the town centre. Bus 966 goes to Birmingham International airport which is only 10 minutes away from our house. We are 5 miles away from BIRMINGHAM BULLRING .

Before confirmation of your booking you must provide a photo ID which shows you can be lawfully present in the UK. That's a passport, ID card, or visa.
Please respect our dietary rules, no Pork in the house!
Don't have guests without our prior agreement.
Be clean and tidy and clean up after yourself.
Enjoy your stay, and treat our home as your own. Feel free to make tea and coffee and snacks yourself. If you want a meal we charge extra, but you must give us notice. We don't provide a mid day meal. We expect that you should respect our privacy and go out some time during lunchtimes.

Such a lovely family - Naghmana and Derick made me feel really welcome. They are also friendly and interesting, with nothing too much trouble. Their house was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfy and Naghmana was a delight at breakfast-time, ensuring I was well catered for. It's a lovely family. I felt very warmly welcomed. The house was tidy. In the evenings we talked about interesting topics.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
