My beautiful home is looking to be enjoyed by sociable, conscious, clean and respectful friends.
If you’re looking for a home more than just ‘a house’ then this is the place for you.
Warm and homely, full with interesting decorations from my travels around the world.
Located very centrally, just on the corner of Whitworth Park, Oxford Road.
Great transport links to town (or 35 min walk to town centre!)
Corner shop opposite, 3 minute walk to supermarkets, 10 minute walk to University of Manchester, RNCM and St Mary’s Hospital.
Perfect for Professors, Musicians, Doctors and Wizards for medium term lets.

The house is located at a good location, close to supermarket, restaurants and university. I had a comfortable stay.

Convenient location, there were issues with finding the original key for my room after the previous person hadn't returned it to the key lock box, and didn't get any assistance beyond how to find the spare key. Not great in that aspect for feeling like a secure stay. Did what I needed to do for the time I stayed there. Wasn't worth what I paid due to the bad security in my opinion.

Flatmates were fabulous. The house is too old it doesn’t look new as in the pictures. I had spiders in my room and the heater is not working well i was cooled for 30 days and the windows aren’t working properly. The area of the location was not good for me because i woke up many times on fights front of my windows. No bike storage, no heavy blanket provided so u need to bring yours because the floor is made from wood and have holes that cooled air comes through. Henry was helpful, grateful and welcoming but the pictures don’t look the same to what eyes seen.Host reply

I am sorry you were cold in the house, but if you had told me then I would have been able to sort it for you. I like my guests to be happy and comfortable staying in my home. I can only sort these simple things if you ask.
Hopefully next time you stay, you will have a pleasant and warmer stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
