Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice before Check-in date for any cancellation. Any cancellation later then this will not be refunded.”
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 100% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Paypal)

I visited Manchester for 5 days. May made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay.
The bedroom was really comfortable and welcoming.
It's very accurate with the description.
The access to public transport was also really easy.
I can also advise future guests to try the gym and the sauna facilities, It's spacious/quiet and properly equipped.
Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

May was very welcoming as a host and made sure I had everything I needed. She went out of her way to show me places in the area that would be useful to me, and she kept the accommodation tidy and warm throughout. This homestay is also very well located to get into the city of Manchester, and it only a few minutes walk from Media City.

Very friendly host and she made sure I was comfortable and have everything I need. May pay a lot of attention to detail. Her food is amazing too! Very clean and cute room with the bed sheets on my preference of colour! Highly recommended.

Extraordinary experience and an outstanding hospitality! I found May's residence comfortable, clean, cosy and calm atmosphere with a relaxing ambience.
May is very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The location was great and easily accessible. There are tram & bus stops nearby,also close to MediacityUk.
Very good facilities which includes Gym/Sauna, barbecue spot, courtyard garden area and a secure car parking space.I highly recommend this accommodation for everyone looking to stay/visit Salford, Manchester Uk. I am very happy with it.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
