Welcome to the number one Homestay guest home in Manchester. There are four spacious guest bedrooms in a spacious end terrace house within a residential area. Located within walking distance to the Metro Link (tram station) for easy access into Salford Quays (3 minutes), Media City and Manchester City Centre (12 minutes), the house is conveniently positioned for all transport links and amenities.
To the ground floor is an entrance hallway, lounge and open dining room and fitted kitchen with separate utility room. To the first floor three bedrooms and a fitted three piece bathroom. The property is warmed by gas central heating and comes fully double-glazed.
The area is a reserved residential location with a lovely large park behind the house (about 5 minutes walk)
There are no pets or children within the house.
My home will ensure that every single guest has a pleasant and comfortable experience : )

sorry this time I was frustrated of this home stay. I deal with several home stay in York , Edinburgh and Manchester but this time the person was unhappy at all about the dealing.

Firstly, am sorry you do feel this way. My main priority is to ensure guests have a clean and a well kept home at all times. Unfortunately your student was very untidy and messy so I had to go through the house rules with him again (unfortunately he felt uncomfortable cleaning up after himself). I do host guests from different platforms such as URL HIDDEN so it's very important for me to make sure every guests feels comfortable in a clean and tidy environment. Thanks for your booking and I hope we can both have positive results with each other in the future.

We, a family of four, stayed with Akin just one night on our trip. It was a very pleasant stay, he is a really nice guy and we talked much about our lifes. The house is excellent clean, we had all 3 rooms for us and lots of space. Akin gave us very good advice what to do in Manchester. We would have loved to stay longer, but we hat to catch the bus we booked to Glasgow the next day.

Akin is so amazing and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good and you can go to city centre by bus or tram. Also, there is an outlet mall within 20 mins walking distance. Highly recommend if you want to get a home experience in manchester

Akin was very welcoming. The room we booked had plenty of room and the house was very clean and tidy! There are several bus options very close to the house that take you into the city so location wasn't a problem! Would stay again
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
