I live with my daughter in a big Edwardian 4 bed house situated in the north London suburbs.
Our home has just been re-decorated throughout including all the bedrooms (new beds, mattress, bed linen) to a high standard. We have a large kitchen/dinning area, we have a lovely natural stone bathroom/shower & toilet room for guests only, ( family have own bathroom ). We also have Free Wi Fi (latest BT fibre hybrid halo 3+ )available in all rooms. Continental breakfast included with the room price. Laundry facilities provided only for guests staying one week and longer. We have plenty of good restaurant's near by & there is a beautiful park just over the road from us. My large family have flown the nest, but we would like to share our hospitality with you.

I can provide a freshly cooked evening meal (I'm a chef) and packed lunch upon request at small extra cost.

Our house is located just around the corner from palmers green main line station (zone 4) with direct links into Finsbury park, kings cross & Moorgate, approx 20mins into the city. Our nearest tubes stations are Southgate & wood green, approx 5 mins or very short bus ride away . Buses just around the corner with links into town.

The kitchen is available to use for some light food preparation only (no cooking any meals, as I provide a meal service. No in the kitchen late at night. Continental breakfast is available from 7.30am - 11.30am

Meine Frau hat leider im Zimmer fast durchgängig gefroren. Ob unser Heizkörper
nicht funktionierte oder defekt war, wissen wir nicht. - Von einem großen
kontinentalen Frühstück kann angesichts dessen, was wir erhielten, nicht die Rede
sein. - Die Badezimmerregelung ( für Familien ) war nicht so wie in den Unterlagen
zu lesen war. Das führte zeitweise zu Problemen. - Positiv möchte ich sagen, dass
das Haus sehr sauber ist. Pamela war freundlich. Allerdings haben wir sie nach
dem zweiten Morgen nicht mehr gesehen, auch nicht am Abreisetag. Als ich am
dritten Tag nachmittags wegen des Heizkörpers um Hilfe bitten wollte, sagte mir
ein junger Mann, der offenbar auch im Haus wohnt, dass Pamela gerade schläft.
Es ist mir wichtig zu erwähnen, dass es mir nur um Fakten geht, die
Verbesserungen bewirken könnten. Schließlich hatte meine Frau am letzten Tag
und auf der Rückreise starke Halsschmerzen.

Séjour de 3 nuits chez Pamela : très agréable
Chambre très bien aménagée et très propre - sanitaires également - Pamela est aux petits soins - et très sympathique. Le logement est à 2 minutes de la station de train. Le quartier est typique. Les commerces sont tres proches. Une bonne adresseFebruary 2024
It’s a very beautiful house and it’s very clean. The real room is exactly the same as in the photo. And there is always some people from different countries that we can talk a lot.There is two big supermarkets near the house within 3 minutes’ walk. A big park is very closed and the environment there is very good.There are lots of shops nearby and it can be quite convenient to live there for a long time.
I think it’s very lucky to have a homestay like this and without doubt I will come back here soon.Dear Pamela, thank you very much .January 2024

Pamela was a fantastic hostess. Responsive, exactly as advertised, comfortable bed, wonderful location; all the things you want in a homestay. Would definitely recommend Pamela's home for short or longer stays. The best surprise was the wonderful little community around Pamela's home in Palmers Green. Great coffee shops, pubs, transit, things you may need all around the corner from her quiet home. Thanks Pamela

We spent 5 days at Pamelas' house. It was really amazing, the house was clean and the access to the center is good because next to the house you find a bus stop and train station to get to the metro. We booked dinner in advance and it was delicious. Pamela is a great cook. we loved staying there. I'm sure that if I come back I'll stay with Pamela and her daughter.

Fue realmente increíble, la casa estaba limpia y el acceso al centro es bueno porque al lado de la casa encuentras una parada de autobús y tren para llegar al metro. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
