Buses 321, 122, 178. 5 minute walk to bus stop, all buses go to Lewisham.

My stay at Maureen was not great to say the least. She complained about eating in the room, that's the only place we could eat because she was ill, coughing continuously throughout the day, this went on for good 3 to 4 days. The sight of the kitchen was horrible when she was ill, I tried to clean it as much as I could but it wasn't nice, the bin was overflowing, worktop was really dirty. She also have friends over who stayed all day, the dining table is right in the living room were her visitor is, I don't think it's appropriate to sit there and eat when she has company.
she listed in her rules that guest can cook if staying for 7 or more nights meanwhile she moaned every time I step ìinto thè kitchen. Myself and my partner had to leave on my 6th night as her rudeness became intolerable, she barged into the room without seeking permission, almost stepped on my things to open the window, then took off the window blind right there in my presence, she insulted me that How can I sit in the house for 5 days when she's fully aware that I was sick. She made us feel really uncomfortable, she wasn't friendly at all, in both words and body language.
Maureen is a kind person, who is ready to help you during your trip ! We enjoyed our stay, and her advices. Lots of reastaurants near her place, and bus stations. London is such a beautiful city !
I'm utterly satisfied. I spent a whole week at this place with my friend. The lady is kind, friendly and helpful. The house is clean and comfortable, it was perfect for us. There are several stations near to the house so we could go to central London without any problem - even the traveling time was surprisingly short. I can only recommend this place!
Nice area and suited me for access to waterloo 19mins from station 15mins walk away. Landlady very friendly and helpful.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
