About the Homestay
Spacious double room in a flat in central London (zone 1). The room features a double bed, wardrobe and desk. You are free to use all the amenities and kitchen appliances (including the washing machine, etc). Fast fiber-optic broadband is also available. The living/dining room features a comfy sofa and a massive window.
This is a home, not a hotel and I do not have 24-hour check in staff :) We agree on a check in time together!
The flat has plenty of light during the day. You can relax at home if you're not out and about enjoying London.
King's Cross station - which is served by 6 tube lines and regional and international train services - is only a 10 min walk away. Getting anywhere in London is very easy thanks to the excellent transport links. All London airports (Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, City and Heathrow) can be accessed directly via train or tube services.

Interaction with guests
I will mostly be away during the day but will be around most evenings and weekends to assist you with anything you may need.
Other things to note
Clean bed sheets, towels (changed weekly) and basic toiletries will be provided.
You can also help yourself to tea and coffee.
There is also a bike available to rent for an extra charge.
Monday to Friday check in is usually at 6pm when I return from work. If I have another guest before you, the check in will be later as I will need to prepare the space for you. All this information will be provided to you BEFORE you book/confirm your booking. Check in earlier on a weekday isn't possible. Check in during the weekend is flexible depending on when the room is vacated by previous guests.

About the Area
Nearest Tube & train stations are King's Cross St Pancras and Angel, which are about 12 mins walk from the flat. On-street parking available nearby. Parking is free on residential streets in the evenings and on weekends.

- Please, respect us and our neighbours and be quiet between 22:00-07:30.
- Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
- Clean after yourselves. I will not do your dishes or pluck your hair from the drain.
- Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £80
- No other guests other than who is booked.
- Please don't use my personal items (food or otherwise) without asking.

No parking on property - Parking is for residents except during the weekends. Please ask for more info, if that's important to you.
Some spaces are shared - Living room, kitchen, bathroom and entrance to the flat.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
