I live with my youngest son who is a lovely boy. I have 3 other children who live close by . Both my son and I work full time. We live 5 mins from Archway Station and buses that take you all over London. We have a leisure centre near by, supermarkets and recently we have Aldi supermarket which is reasonable cheaper than most supermarkets. We have lovely parks in walking distance.
The double room is lovely and bright.
2 separate toilets. On the floor am renting there is a toilet and bathroom. We share the bathroom. There is. Outside space to go and sit in. I get on well with my neighbours but do not live in each others pockets.
I love to cook and love Organic foods and heathy

I do not do couples any longer. I need to have a picture of yourself before I can accept the booking from yourself. You are allowed to use the washing machine and dryer once a week at the weekend. No wet clothes to be hung in your rooms. No bank accounts to be set up at the address or doctors. Anything ordered should be sent to a pickup distribution centre and not at the address and refusal can offend. I work from 9am to 5pm. So it can. Be a bit tricky for you to receive keys to get in. Sometimes I get a friend to welcome you in but it is not always possible. I suggest arriving weekends or in the evenings. I can arrive home for 18.15pm in the evening.

The accommodation is 5 Mins from Archway Station and close to buses taking you all over London and also night buses. There is a variety of wonderful parks within walking distance and leisure centres, supermarkets, hospitals and doctors surgery and places to eat out.

House Rules
Noise to be kept down after 10.30. Bathroom and kitchen to be left clean and tidy after use. No hairs to be left in the bath. Basin to washed out after brushing teeth. Make sure that front door and windows is closed properly before leaving out. No guest to be brought back to the home. If need to prepare food in the kitchen you must clean what you have used including the surfaces and cooker and putting waste in rubbish bin. If smoking outside please do not drop and cigarette but outside just put it in the rubbish bin. No pork if any sort to be eaten or placed in the fridge as my husband is a Rasta.
Because of the huge gas and electric prices you will have to wash your clothes to a lovely laundrette shop which is not far. I have a Airfryer and microwave that you can use.

The location was great - 5 minutes away from the Tube Station and bus stops. Jasmine is lovely - warm and welcoming. I had the single room and it was light and airy, my bed was very comfortable. I had a great time at Jasmine’s!

I had a great stay at Jasmine's place. She has been helpful and welcoming all the time. She's open for nice talks, if you like to, but respects your privacy as well.

I spent about a month at Jasmine's house. She is a very beautiful person, always smiling and kind. Ready to lend you a hand if needed! The house is located in a strategic, quiet and peaceful area. Very well connected to central London, the Underground is only a couple of minutes walk away. As well as the bus stops, really close by. Thank you for everything Jasmine! I will definitely come back to visit you! Super recommended.

Chambre propre. Emplacement pratique pour des déplacements dans le centre. Idéal pour seulement y dormir.
Attention si vous avez des difficultés de déplacement car escalier assez raide pour monter une valise lourde mais le fils de jasmine m'a aidé.

Jasmine very kind and welcoming. I ended up staying in the big room even if I booked for the small one. That was a great bonus. Very clean n comfy bed, white curtains so very bright in the early morning. Toilet just outside with European cold/hot taps, very well functioning which is another bonus. The whole house is well kept, clean and comfy. The location itself nothg special but thats ok to get around the posh neighbourhoods nearby. 20min walking through amazing lined villas to get to Hampstead Heath. The price is surely worthy. Well recommended

I loved every minute I spent there.
Jasmine is a very welcoming, kind hearted lady.Everyone else I met there was nice and friendly too.Room was clean,comfy, and the location is perfect.
I can only recommend Jasmine’s place, you won’t be disappointed.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
