We are a young family. We rent out three rooms, two upstairs: One is a double ensuite (Beaulieu) and the other room (Zambezi) sleeps four (double plus two single beds) and has a private bathroom on the landing. We also have a double ensuite room (Room 1) downstairs which we also let. These are not self catering, rooms only. We provide a kettle and a small shared fridge. There is parking on request.

About the Area
Our house is in a quiet area with stunning views and walks. A bus stop is 100 yards into the City centre. We have many leisure facilities in walking distance and a pub/restaurant very close by. Loch Ness is 6 miles. The main city centre is one mile.

House Rules
We have a key box for self check in and are around (we live downstairs) to help with queries.
We don't allow smoking at all on our premises.
We are room only but have cafes/pub within walking distance for all meals.
We don't allow events in the building.
We provide a shared guest fridge for medicine/milk/drinks.
We provide towels and all linen.
Zambezi room has a bathroom sink in the room and exclusive use of a bathroom for guests to use on the landing (toilet/bath/shower/sink).
We have parking at the rear of the property - but please confirm in advance if you want a space.
We provide wifi and all linen.
We ask that guests respect that we are a family with children and therefore noise between 2100 and 0700 is not allowed.
We provide a kettle, coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms. We are not self catering.
Guests have their own entrance to the property. Entrance is through a key box with a key code. The front door is to be locked at all times.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Zimmer ist groß und schön für 4 Personen es hat auch ein Waschbecken. Das Bad ist ebenfalls groß. Alles ist sauber und gemütlich. Dazu eine tolle Gastgeberfamilie die einem hilfreich mit Unterstützung und Tipps (z. B. für Ausflüge) zur Seite steht. Wenn wir wieder nach Schottland kommen sollten, dann werden wir hier auf jeden Fall ein paar Tage einplanen.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
