This is a family house, we are looking for males students or males professionals, we welcome international students from all countries.
I occupy the house, which has two floors.
The room is located within a residential detached house, it is located on first floor. Tenants have access to back garden, The property has 6 rooms and 5 bedrooms.
A dining room has a seating area which can be used to relax in. The room already contains furniture and a bed as well as a desk to work on. Bills are included within the price. We have bathrooms/Toilets available in the property which helps with morning rush.

About the Area
The property has a supermarket located within walking distance as well 2 shopping center for weekend shopping. Transport links can be accessed through Gilmerton and Liberton road.
Current bus roots include: 3,31,37,47,3,8,29
The property specifically is sandwiched between Edinburgh University king's Building and a large indoor shopping canter. The house is also convenient for Royal infirmary hospital students.

I only stayed for a very short time but I will definitely be back. Naheed is super friendly, very cheerful and I felt like I was staying with a family member. Very clean and nice house. The neighbourhood is incredibly clean, nice and beautiful. Even though it may seem a bit far from the Old Town on the map, I actually walked back from there, doing a sightseeing by foot :) I hope to see my wonderful host back one day.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
