A very attractive Edwardian property in a superb location. All three rooms are tastefully decorated with some antique furniture. The largest of the rooms boasts a Victorian roll top bath and a French kingsize bed. The second double enjoys a garden view.
The property benefits from a modern wet-room and a second separate toilet is also available.

About the Area
The location is fantastic.... very close to the beautiful parks and lakes of roath. A short walk will take you to the chic area of Wellfield Road with its many independent quirky shops, restaurants and bars. A twenty minute walk will take you into the city center, however there are also excellent bus routes very close by. i guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Our stay here was great! Judy is a really friendly host and made us feel right at home. Her place is lovely and clean, with quirky touches that capture her own sense of style. Definitely a great place for a nice weekend getaway!

Arrived at Judy's and she made me feel very welcome from the start. A charming young lady, very helpful and polite. Judy made you feel at home and was helpful as to where to eat out in the area. Would recommend the home stay.

Has a very good stay. The room was beautiful with a lovely Victorian bath. Beautifully decorated. Only problem was that there is no parking. Otherwise still was good. Thanks to Judy. A wonderful host.

Judy was great. I arranged to arrive earlier than normal and were met by Judy who showed us to our triple room. All clean and tidy although the single bed was a little uncomfortable. As we were going to be out until later in the evening, Judy explained about the breakfast arrangements which we were encouraged to help ourselves. Only comment would be that I had not realised the proximity to the railway line just behind the property but this did not keep me awake. Great stay - thanks Judy

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
