Salaam and hello,
I'm a friendly, helpful living in landlord and would like to let two separate double sized, cosy furnished rooms in my lovely, comfy and tranquil home. Room one (Blue Room) is on the first floor and have a very clean and well maintained bathroom that will be shared. The second room is in the loft and has a very spacious and well maintained bathroom too.
I am a teaching assistant by profession and hold a DBS and first aid certificates. (under 18 are welcome ). You will be sharing a lovely kitchen, a cosy lounge and a sunny, attractive garden.
I would like an easy going, like minded person, who will fit in my family and home well. Someone who believes in cleanliness, knows how to use the facilities with care and considerate of others around them.
In return, you will be warmed welcomed and treated like a family.
House is situated very close to Italian Consulate. Bus stop close by with direct links to UWE Frenchay Campus (bus 19), Direct link to city centre (bus 6) and to Southmead hospital (bus 17).
Walking distance to Fishponds Road and Glenside campus. 20 minutes on VOI (electric scooter) or 23 minutes bike ride to UWE Frenchay Campus. You can store your bike in my well organised garage. If you drive, there is free street parking.
Central to local amenities, Tesco, Coop, Morrisons etc, takeaways, halal shops and mosques, Gym, Kingswood Leisure centre, Page Park etc.
If you're someone who can't cook, not to worry. I can cook Chinese, Indian, kabsa rice , fish and chips and fast food too. (extra cost)

Our house is located on the border of Thicket Ave. Very peaceful and quiet area with convenient buses links to city centre, Frenchay Campus, Glenside Campus and Southmead hospital.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
